House Representative Travis Clardy (R) goes live on Facebook and refers to TEXIT as, “Silly Talk”. He will not support the right of the People to vote on the issue.

Clardy further stated that Texit is not equal to Brexit; Talk of Texit is unhealthy; and that Texas needs to lead, stand our ground, and fight. We are here to show that Texas has the right ideas.

Clardy represents District 11 which includes parts of Cherokee and Nacogdoches Counties, South of Tyler, TX.

He was assigned to the following committees: Homeland Security & Public Safety Committee and Human Services Committee. He has authored three bills in this legislative session.
