Opinion. For years, pundits have dismissed the Left’s unhinged behavior as “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” The phrase makes it sound like a passing fever, as if once Donald Trump is out of office, the hysteria will break and America will return to civility.
But let’s be clear: this isn’t about Trump. It’s not a syndrome tied to one man. It’s derangement—pure and simple.
When Donald Trump leaves the political stage, their fury won’t disappear. It will simply be redirected at the next Republican president, the next senator, the next governor—or even at you, the parent who dares to question a school board, the pastor who preaches the Word, or the small business owner who refuses to bow to leftist orthodoxy. Their hatred is not for Trump. Their hatred is for you.
We’ve watched the pattern unfold for years:
- Conservative commentators living under constant death threats.
- Christian bakers bankrupted for their faith.
- Parents labeled “domestic terrorists” for defending their children.
- Ordinary Americans suspended from social media for quoting Scripture or the Constitution.
The evidence is overwhelming: their war is not against one man. Their war is against anyone who refuses to kneel.
And here’s the truth polite society doesn’t want to admit—these people are not merely political opponents. They are deranged.
You cannot reason with someone who screams that every Republican is a Nazi. You cannot negotiate with activists who insist that protecting women’s sports is “genocide.” You can’t legislate with elected representatives who accuse you of being a threat to democracy. You cannot have a civilized conversation with lunatics who shoot up churches in the name of “justice.” This is not a disagreement; this is mental instability.
Once people descend into this level of delusion, there is no bringing them back. Deprogramming is a fantasy. Containment is the only option.
That means America must face reality. If we want to preserve order, sanity, and freedom, we must embark on a national effort to build prisons and secure psychiatric facilities on a massive scale. We must reinstate “Three Strikes” laws to remove violent career criminals permanently. We must hold anarchists and psychopaths accountable before they terrorize our neighborhoods. And yes—we must end judicial immunity when judges recklessly release violent offenders back onto our streets. If a bartender can face jail time for overserving a drunk driver, why should a judge walk free after unleashing a dangerous predator on the public?
This is not vengeance. It is survival. America cannot continue to tolerate a movement that has abandoned reason and embraced lunacy. The deranged have declared war on order itself—and if this nation is to endure, it must meet that war with strength, clarity, and the courage to defend its citizens from the unhinged.
